During my lifetime, I have received many spectacular gifts. Unfortunately, this does not mean that I’ve learned how to be a good gift-giver. Yesterday was my wife’s birthday. I bought her a dustbuster. We’ve been having a cat-related issue in our bathroom and this handy device solves the problem. It’s a highly rated, battery-powered, handheld vacuum. If it was my birthday, I would have been very excited to receive this gift. Hannah tried to warn me that it wasn’t a great present. She said, “You are going to have to really talk this up to make it seem exciting…” I don’t understand the problem. It’s a far better gift than the rolling pin that I got her for Christmas last year.
