If you have been keeping score at home, you know all about my Uncle Boozie project. I’ve been taking my time in an attempt to do this project right. I may have become stuck, spending too much time, tweaking the details. At this point, there is no way that I can get the first episode out before the holiday rush. The best I can do is the first of the year. This gives me lots of time to make it very good. It also makes it easy to kick the can down the road. I should be shooting a video, editing a montage, and mixing the theme song. All other projects seem to take precedence. Why should I do the work today when there is so much time to get it done later? Long-term thinking always gets me into trouble.
