We have successfully completed our trick-or-treat expedition for another year. Everyone had fun and it was relatively uneventful. When you are walking down the middle of the street and going to strange houses begging for candy, uneventful is the goal. One of the kids snagged a package of Sugar Babies. The greatest Halloween miracle is finding an old-school candy mixed in with the birthday cake flavored Skittles. I haven’t had a Sugar Baby in probably 35 years. We ate Sugar Babies and watched “The Great Pumpkin.” It was 1982 all over again.
